Shipping Policy

♥ (Shipping Methods)

* We will ship to the United States ONLY!!!!

* We ship via USPS only ..... Priority or Standard Mail.

* Shipping time depends on which shipping speed you select at checkout.
USPS Standard Mail is estimated to ship 3-5 business days after processing time
USPS Priority Mail is estimated to ship 2-3 business days after processing time.
* This excludes holidays & weekends.
* USPS offers delivery confirmation number and general idea of package but does not always guarantee its status.
* Priority Shipping offers a tracking number and a $50 insurance.

Once your order has been received by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package.

Please always verify your address when paying. If your package is returned due to wrong shipping address it will be reshipped at your cost and possibly have an added reshipment fee. 

Once we have fulfilled your order and is ready for shipping you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

If you receive an incorrect order or damaged shipment, please notify us within 7 days of your purchase receipt so we can take care of the situation and get the correct or fixed item to you promptly.

♥ Processing

* We try to ship same day as your purchase. If not same day orders are processed within 3-7 business days. This excludes holidays, vacations & some weekends. Please be understanding as we have no control over the United States Postal Service.

♥ Restricted Items

In compliance to federal and state laws we are unable to ship - Pepper Sprays to (Alaska, Hawaii, Massachusetts, New York, or Washington DC). Pepper spray is considered a weapon and every state has their own rules, which the customer is responsible in knowing their local state laws. Thank you for understanding.

We do not buy, sell, have on hand or ship stun guns, tasers, stun batons or air tasers. Many states are restricted and or require background checks. We do not offer the purchase of stun guns or tasers. Thank you for understanding.

♥ Lost or stolen packages

Sassy MJ Safety (Creations) is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If for some reason your package is lost or stolen and your package is covered with insurance, please file a claim with the USPS directly. For all other orders not covered by insurance, Sassy MJ Safety is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked "delivered" on our end. 

We are NOT responsible after shipping. Please contact your local USPS directly if there are any problems with delivery and report it missing. We are not responsible after we ship your package and will not refund or replace any items lost or stolen. To ensure items arrive safely, you can arrange a pickup with your local USPS by providing your tracking.
