Here are a few frequently asked questions.

How fast will I receive an email response?
Depending on our current email numbers, we usually get back to our emails within 2-3 business days! But please allow up to 1-5 business days for a response!

Where do I find my tracking information?
Tracking is available through your email. You will receive tracking updates once  your order has been shipped.

Why is my order tracking not updating?
Tracking will be updated 1-3 business days after you have been notified that your order has shipped. Please be understanding, weekends and holidays can delay your updates.

Your purchase is marked as delivered but has not been received?
If your email for tracking says delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors. USPS can often accidentally scan packages early which may show up 1-3 days later. If your package is not delivered or found, you may file a claim with USPS directly. Sassy MJ Safety is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked "delivered" on our end.

Does Sassy MJ Safety offer returns?
All items purchased are final sale. Sassy MJ Safety does not offer exchanges or refunds, some limitations apply. See our Return/Refund Policy at bottom of website. Please email us for any further questions.

Can I cancel my order?
Your purchase/order can ONLY be cancelled prior to us shipping your package. Please contact us through our email sassygirlzz@hotmail.com or through messenger on our facebook page www.facebook.com/SassyMJCreations/ with your order info (full name, zip code and order #).
All orders are personally checked by Michelle or Jessica before being shipped out.
How soon will your order be shipped?
We try to ship same day as your purchase. If not same day orders are processed within 3-7 business days. This excludes holidays, vacations & some weekends. Please be understanding as we have no control over the United States Postal Service.
Once your order has been received by the USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package.
Please always verify your address when paying. If your package is returned due to wrong shipping address it will be reshipped at your cost and possibly have an added reshipment fee.
